AI assistants can explain a hard topic at your level, draft an email, quiz you before an exam or role-play a job interview at midnight when no teacher is awake. They can also invent facts, flatter your mistakes and tempt you to stop thinking. This course teaches you to use them for your own studies, productivity and career, and to know exactly where the risks are.
You will recap what AI assistants can and cannot do, learn simple prompt patterns for personal use, and protect your privacy. Then you will turn AI into a study partner, a writing coach and a research helper, always checking facts and respecting school and university rules. Later modules cover planning your time, low-data and offline workflows, building a skills roadmap, improving your CV and LinkedIn profile, practising interviews, and using AI for a small business or side income.
The course ends with critical thinking, so that you keep your own skills growing, and a personal AI workflow with a 30-day plan. Every lesson has realistic East African examples, a case scenario that includes things going wrong, and a practical task you can do on a phone.
