Digital Marketing Fundamentals

Learn how to promote a small business, project or NGO online: know your audience, create content, use search, email and ads, and measure what works.

About this course

Digital marketing means using the internet and mobile phones to tell people about your work and to bring them closer to it. A shop owner in Gulu, a youth group, a school club and a community organisation can all use it, often with very little money.

This course takes you from the basic ideas to a real 30-day campaign plan. You will learn who your audience is, how to write and plan content, how search engines, email, social media and ads work, and how to measure results honestly.

No experience is needed. If you can use a phone or a computer and browse the internet, you can start.
