Technology, Digital Inclusion & Innovation

Planned focus: Expanding access to technology and preparing young people for the digital economy.

Technology can open pathways to education, employment, entrepreneurship and innovation. However, barriers involving access to devices, connectivity, digital skills and technical mentorship can prevent many young people from benefiting from these opportunities.

Lumina Africa Foundation intends to develop digital inclusion and innovation initiatives that help underserved communities access relevant technology knowledge, build practical competencies and explore solutions to local challenges.

Our intended contribution

We aspire to improve digital readiness, expand access to technology learning, encourage innovation and help young people explore opportunities in the digital economy.
