Many young people are told to choose a course, a job or a business before anyone has helped them ask a simpler question: who am I, and what do I care about? This course helps you answer it step by step, honestly and without spending money. It is written for school leavers, university students, young parents, job seekers and anyone who feels unsure about the next step.
You will practise self-awareness, find your strengths and what gives you energy, name and rank your values, look at your beliefs and mindset, and understand personality differences in a simple, label-free way. You will study your life story and turning points, think about purpose and a good life, and face weaknesses and blind spots kindly. You will also look at the family, community and cultural influences that shape you, and how to respect them while still thinking for yourself.
The last modules turn what you learn into action: comparing options for studies, work or business, testing them cheaply, making decisions that fit your values, and writing a one-page personal profile and a 12-month direction statement. This course is for learning and reflection. It is not a medical or psychological test, and it does not replace a counsellor, teacher or trusted adult when life feels heavy.
