Google Workspace: Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive and Meet

Create, share and work together on documents, spreadsheets, presentations, forms and video meetings with Google's free online tools.

About this course

Google Workspace is a set of online tools for writing, calculating, presenting, storing files and meeting. Because everything is stored online, you can start a document on a phone, finish it on a computer, and let your team work in the same file at the same time.

This course teaches the tools most used in schools, offices, NGOs and small businesses: Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Meet, Calendar, Keep and Tasks. You will learn how to share safely and how to work in a team, as well as the basics of each application.

You only need a Google account, which is free. Every lesson ends with a practical task so you learn by doing.
